The Ephorate of Antiquities of Phocis on the occasion of the International Museum Day 2020 plans:

1. On May 18 the presentation of the renewed website of delphi.culture.gr with a number of supervisory material for the monuments of Phocis, the museum and the archeological site of Delphi, which have integrated digital interactive applications for adults and children, such as interactive games, educational programs in digital format, videos and 3D illustrations of Delphi monuments.

2. Digital activity for adults and young people over 18 years of age, entitled “#STAY_SAFE… #EPIMENOUME_DELPHI”. Delphi’s friends, travelers, employees, associates are invited to send to the e-mail address museumdelphi@gmail.com until May 18, 2020 an amateur video lasting half a minute in which they talk about the experience they had during their trip to Delphi, their feelings and impressions.

These videos will be posted on the museum’s website and will be incorporated into its permanent exhibition in the future, as a page of remembrance of the isolation, capture of the recollection and declaration of the belief that the fate of great places, such as Delphi, was, is and will be forever intertwined with man. The above action is carried out under the auspices of the Region of Central Greece and the Municipality of Delphi.
